At Livora Kart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned, refunded, or replaced.

By placing an order on Livora Kart, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any)

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


3. Reasons Accepted for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

  • The product does not match the description on the website

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.


4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID, registered email/phone number, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear images or videos of the product (mandatory for damaged or wrong items)

  4. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping (as applicable)

Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.


5. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable pin codes across India

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse

  • In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product, return shipping will be free of cost

  • In case of customer preference returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

Livora Kart reserves the right to decide the return method.


6. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Our quality control team will inspect the item

  • The inspection process may take 3–5 business days

  • Approval is subject to the product passing the inspection

If the product fails the quality check, the return may be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.


7. Refund Policy

After the return is approved, the refund will be processed as per the original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 5–7 business days

  • Debit/Credit Cards: 7–10 business days

  • Net Banking: 7–10 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store wallet (details required)

Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit

  • Customers must provide correct bank details

  • Livora Kart is not responsible for delays due to incorrect details


9. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Accessories or free gifts are missing

  • The product is returned in a damaged or used condition

  • Return shipping charges are applicable

The final refund amount will be determined after inspection.


11. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges


12. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. Contact our customer support team with your Order ID


13. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Please return the item

  • Place a new order separately


14. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take clear photos

  • Contact us immediately

If accepted, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


15. Free Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Free gifts must be returned along with the product

  • If not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund


16. Fraud Prevention

Livora Kart reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns in case of repeated misuse

  • Block accounts involved in fraudulent activities

  • Take legal action if required


17. Changes to This Policy

Livora Kart reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
